Returns

All sales are final.

We do our utmost to ensure that all products are as described when purchased, and are of the highest quality when delivered to you. Several pre - inspections take place prior to dispatch.

We strongly encourage customers to double check the sizing, descriptions, and quantities etc. before checking out of the shop. If you have any doubts with regards to any of these features feel free to contact us for advice prior to order confirmation.

Under exceptional circumstances, cases can be brought forward for review (Return/Exchange)

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jaqar.net.


Shipping
To return your product, you should e mail us on info@jaqar.net

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
